Our Quality Service

Structure and Organization

The activities of the foundation are governed by a three-member Board of Trustees but the day to day administration of the foundation is overseen by a management team led by the Executive Director.

By this definition, we focus on three main sectors of our national development- Education, Healthcare and Democracy

Funding of the Foundation

The foundation is primarily funded by the Hadsbak Group of Companies comprising Hadsbak Sanitary Ware Enterprise Limited, Hadsbak Furniture, Medhouse Ventures, EKAD Realty and TAED Foundation. Other sources of funding are from the Foundation’s overseas development partners (ODP).

Future Plans

The foundation intends expanding its operations to cover all the rural and periurban areas in Ghana within the next five years after which a gradual expansion into other African countries will be commenced. In the course of the expansion, modules will be streamlined based on feedback on the ground with additions, cancellations or mergers of modules as may be necessary.
